Please let us known your estimated arrival time. If you are
more then one hour late then the arrival time you have given
us (plus 75 minutes if you arrive by plane, plus 20 minutes if
you arrive by train), please let us know immediately so we can
guarantee to be there to welcome you, and not make you wait.
